Students who get drunk and rowdy at a University of Minnesota football game may be asked to make a special stop — at a breath-test machine — before entering the next time.

So maybe the bars near TCF Bank Stadium won't need extra capacity as students that attend the game and act inappropriately will be flagged and made to take a little test. Would anyone be willing to have the same rule apply to all the fans. Drunk stupid behavior is not only the limited to just students.

Implanting RFID chips would save alot of time and might be able to provide real time blood alcohol reports.
