Northrop-Grumman is moving to the Washington D.C. area for one simple reason--that's where the money is.

Apparently, college football teams in Indiana has gotten the same memo and both the University of Indiana and now Notre Dame have games scheduled games at Fed Ex Field in the Maryland suburbs. Hoosier football has fallen so low that they are willing to sell their 20110 soul home game to conference mate Penn State in exchange for almighty dollar.
